Account Deletion

•You can delete your Charm account at any time from the app: Settings > Account > Delete account. This removes your Charm account and all data stored in our systems, including your profile, skin diary entries, photos, routines and reminders.

•Deleting your Charm account does not affect your Google or Apple account. If you signed in with Google or Apple, you can additionally remove Charm from the list of connected apps in your Google or Apple account settings.

•Purchase records are retained by Google Play, the App Store and our payment provider as required by law; they are not linked to your deleted profile.

•If you can no longer access the app, email info@getcharm.app from the address linked to your account and we will delete your Charm account and data within 30 days.
