Neran Neo Charles

Neran is a Gifted Cloudan, his Gift is "Super Speed," an ability that has his speed and agility be abnormally higher than a normal individual. According to Arius, Neran's speed has incredibly latent potential impossible to measure or limit. His words were planted into Neran's mind about having limitless potential, as long as he does what he must to grow and grow his speed. His power is often compared with Jenna's "Unreal Strength" with how their limits aren't possible to trace, regardless of how advanced the tech used to read into them are.

Neran's combat style prioritizes his feet. His kicks are equal to Jenna's punches, which further enhanced the view of both their powers being very similar. But while Jenna has the standard speed of an average Cloudan, Neran's is heavily increased due to his ability. His kicks are fast and strong enough to make air slashes, strong enough to break through metal, and bones tough enough to not shatter easily. While Neran's legs are his greatest highlight in combat, his weak points are his arms as they lack power to even be reliable. However, when Neran lost his right arm during the DOUBLE TROUBLE SAGA when Mekka ripped it off from one of his attacks, Arius replaced the lost arm with a cybernetically enhanced prosthetic arm. The sheer power when the arm winds at high speeds makes the wind that it collects and converts it to stored power that can release varying amounts of pressure to make a shockwave, from being able to just spring Neran off the ground and to even decimate several buildings with the impact of the shockwave. The new arm had massively improved Neran's fighting style to now include it in combat when necessary. Neran's most devastating attack through the arm is "Maximum Output, Hyper Goner."

Neran is a very energetic guy, he's easy to get excited and passionate about anything he's invested in. He has ADHD, so it's hard to get him to focus on something he isn't interested in, but when he is, he fixates on it until he sees it through. He's a very social and confident guy, however his optimism and energy tends to scare people off unfortunately. Even though Neran can be a fun person to get along with, whenever he expresses any investment in something he gets passionate about, people seem to be thrown off by his sheer energetic personality. As he grew older, he learned to inhibit his energy in fear of people not really liking that part of him and had him be more casual when interacting to people. And after they befriend Neran and get used to him as a person, it's common for them to call his energetic personality to be his greatest highlight.

He's a very inspirational figure for his two younger siblings, despite his recklessness, and he's well aware of it. He loves those two just as much as Jenna does, but doesn't go extreme in protecting them as Jenna to the point of restricting them from certain things. He genuinely believes in being able to live life to the fullest, which is why he loves to let his siblings be able to be happy, and protect them when the time comes for their sake. Neran only looks for his siblings' best interest without suppressing their joy, but will get defensive and protective over them just as much as Jenna does when he's angered or serious.
