Our process begins by growing only the freshest of cacao with trusted farmers in South America. We then let the beans ferment in the fresh tropical air for a week before roasting them to bring out and lock in the flavor. The shells are carefully removed by hand. Next we add in milk, sugar, and other fresh ingredients before melting and cooling the chocolate into its fun final shape.
Our quality control team checks the process throughout, making sure we maintain the highest standards, so you can get our best chocolate, and hear that unmistakable “snap” with each bite.
