As we work through this crisis, Charles's Chocolates continues to adapt to the changing environment. So we can keep bringing joy to your family, we have cut our prices by 75%. Everything is now 75% off! We hope this helps you continue to give your loved ones treats to brighten their day.

To keep everyone safe and protect not only you but also our employees, we have decided to decrease production by 50%. Additionally, we have scheduled our employees for alternating day shifts, increased their paid time off, started a fund to help those most in need, and continued to deposit into retirement savings. Because they are family to us, just as much as you are.

During these strange times, we know many people are struggling to get by, whether that is with paying rent or buying groceries. To help, 50% of all purchases made online will be donated to Covid-19 relief funds that will go towards helping those in need. Included with our donation will be small chocolate baskets that we hope will bring a little joy to everyone in the community.

We know that if we stick together, we can get through these trying times.

Charles’s Chocolates is 10 years old!!

To celebrate we have decided to launch a big version of our classic Lego Man! We are so thankful that you, all our customers, have been gracious enough to support us throughout the years. We are glad to have shared these prosperous years with you and we look forward to the years to come.

On a recent trip home, my brother and I enjoyed some delicious homemade muffins baked by our mother. After enjoying a few ourselves, we realized we wanted to bring the same warmth and love to you, our customers. Our mother was gracious enough to give us the family recipes to bring to you. We hope you like them as much as we do. Enjoy!

There are an increasing number of children and adults with food allergies of all kinds, from nuts to dairy to gluten. To better serve the customers we care about and provide those people who may not have any other chocolate or pastry options, we have decided to begin a new production line. This line will be as allergen free as possible.

New products include:

Dairy free chocolates and pastries

Gluten free pastries

Nut and Peanut free chocolates and pastries

Sugar free pastries

We hope our decision will expand not only our brand but love for chocolate to a greater community of people with and without food allergies.
