WE ARE LOOKING TO FILL A NUMBER OF LEADERSHIP/CHAIR POSITIONS FOR THE 2026-27 SCHOOL YEAR. CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFORMATION.
CONCESSIONS: From late-August through late-October, Chardon After Prom needs volunteers to staff our concession stands at varsity, JV & freshman football games and at girls and boys soccer games. Other opportunities to help with fall concessions include varsity game day food pick-up and pre-varsity football game set-up.
We also need volunteers to sell concessions at all girls and boys home basketball games during the winter season.
SENIOR AFTER PROM PLANNING: Each year, the After Prom Committee seeks volunteers to chair various aspects of the even including Refreshments, Games, Casino and the decorating of specific areas at CHS. Planning/decorating workshops begin in mid-March and run through the week prior to the After Prom event.
AFTER PROM WEEKEND VOLUNTEERING: Each year, volunteers are needed for decorating/set-up, running event games/stations, and post-event tear-down. Check back for more details and important dates!
OTHER VOLUNTEER NEEDS: Each spring, we recruit parent volunteers to help with the Staff Appreciation Week. Contact us at chardonafterprom@gmail.com for details.
