Recital Pictures
PICTURE WEEKS APRIL 15TH - 26TH
Recital pictures will be taken during class over a 2 week period to help dancers stay on schedule for their classes and to ensure each student has ample time for photos.
Every dancer will have their individual and class picture taken during their regularly scheduled class time.

ACTION SHOTS
Action Shots will be taken at Chara Christian Dance Academy on April 20th. Secure your 10 minute time slot for photos through the link below. These photos are only recommended for level III dancers and above. Action Shot photography requires a $50 sitting fee that will be credited towards the purchase of 2+ digital downloads from your family gallery. We can only account for one costume per time slot so please select in advance.
ACCESSING YOUR PHOTOS
YOUR PHOTO GALLERY: After the conclusion of Picture Weeks, you will receive an email from Chara with a link to your photo gallery(ies) for each recital class your child(ren) are enrolled in (this excludes Company Classes). Folders are listed in alphabetical order by last name. You will open the gallery folder, select the digital download you want and add to cart. Then use promo code CCDA2024 to receive credit for 1 digital download. You will also have access to download your dancers class photo(s) at no additional cost.
PRICING: Each additional edited digital download is $20 plus tax regardless of picture type (individual, sibling, action etc).
SIBLING PHOTOS: Plan to take these photos during one of the dancer's class times. Bring the sibling in full recital attire and let the teacher know that they will be joining their sibling for a photo.
IMPORTANT: We are able to accommodate for ONE sibling photo during picture week in the costume and during the class of your choice. If you would like additional sibling photos in an alternative costume, please sign up for a time slot during "Action Shots" day. Each time slot can accommodate one costume and will require a $50 sitting fee.
PHOTO PRINTS: Printed images are available directly through DC Stanley Photography and can be purchased through your online family gallery.

There is no need to video record Recital so sit back and relax! Each family will be emailed a link to the High Definition Digital Download of the performance to share with friends and family.
Using the link in the e-mail you will create an account and enter the provided PROMO CODE that will allow you to stream or download your HD recital video at NO COST!!!
RECITAL DVDS
If you would like a physical DVD of your recital performance you can order one for $30. The cost includes shipping so there’s no need to pick up a DVD at the studio, your DVD will be delivered to your mailbox!
NOTE: Be sure to order a DVD for each recital performance (1 - 12) you want to have captured.
