Alastair Howie, President & Lead Chaplain

Alastair is the Founder, President and Lead Chaplain of Chaplain 360. He has served over 30 years in business and spiritual leadership growing and developing organizations to maximize potential.

He has worked in business executive leadership as an investment banker for an English Merchant Bank; President of a family office; and Active Chairman of a textile company.

Alastair is a certified life, leadership and business coach through the John Maxwell Team. He is an Anglican Priest commissioned as a corporate chaplain. He has served in pastoral roles from men’s ministry of a mega non-denominational church to pastor of a country Presbyterian congregation.

He attended Pepperdine University, The Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania, University of London-England, and Dallas Theological Seminary.
