In an effort to increase data security and confidentiality on mobile devices accessing FCPS email, a 4-digit pin is now required upon setup, this means you NEED TO HAVE A passcode on your phone in order to easily set up your email.


**Macs - hint: close the window for direct express and open it again in safari. You will then search for CNN or any non-fcps site. That might force you over to xpressconnect again. You might also need to type in the link to xprsscnctvm.fcps.edu yourself to get back.



ALL OF THE LINKS BELOW SAY THAT YOUR DEVICE WILL AUTOMATICALLY OPEN xprsscnctvm.fcps.edu THIS HASN'T BEEN HAPPENING SO YOU NEED TO TYPE THE URL YOURSELF AND THEN CONTINUE FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS.

Confirm you are on Cached Exchange Mode

  • Click the File tab.

  • Click Account Settings, and then click Account Settings.

  • On the E-mail tab, double click on your name, and then click Change.

  • Under Microsoft Exchange server, look to see that you have the check in the Use Cached Exchange Mode check box.

  • Exit and then restart Outlook
