2021-2022 Chantilly Phone Directory

August 2022 - Please check the phone in your classroom and review the options below:

      • Returning to the Same Classroom - If you are returning to the same classroom and can access your voicemail, there is nothing more you need to do. Voicemails should forward to your email inbox.

      • Cannot Access Voicemail - If you are returning to the same classroom and cannot access your voicemail, you will need to reset your phone, and setup your voicemail. Please complete this Google Form. In a couple days, you will receive an email from RequestIT notifying you of the phone reset. Please follow these instructions to setup your phone and voicemail. Voicemails will now be stored on your phone and will also forward to your email inbox.

      • New Classroom - If you are in a new classroom, you will need to reset your phone, and setup your voicemail. Please complete this Google Form. In a couple days, you will receive an email from RequestIT notifying you of the phone reset. Please follow these instructions to setup your phone and voicemail. Voicemails will now be stored on your phone and will also forward to your email inbox.

      • Floating Between Classrooms - If you float between multiple classrooms, please speak with your department chair about using the phone in your department workroom. Some workrooms have multiple phones. Call the workroom phone to see if the phone is registered to another staff member. Please complete this Google Form. In a couple days, you will receive an email from RequestIT notifying you of the phone reset. Please follow these instructions to setup your phone and voicemail. Voicemails will now be stored on your phone and will also forward to your email inbox.
