This fraternity house was in desperate need of updating. Bringing it up to code and meeting the amount of ever increasing number of new pledges was first priority. I was able to design “Dorm Rooms” that maximized the allotted sft. Playing with energizing colors and patters was part of what made the space fun.
Fit out of existing unfinished suite. The project consisted of a complete design for Ear Nose & Throat clinic. The client required 5 different treatment rooms, a lab, office spaces, locker room, and break area. It also needed a warm and relaxed waiting area. The floor plan boasts of unique layout that allows for the space to feel very open.
With its booming population Manhattan Montana was experiencing a school size problem. Teaming with the school board and community the design for a new High/ Jr. High School. With the team effort and a lot of support the wholistic design is now being enjoyed by the community of Manhattan.
The UTES Training and Locker Room remodel was by far one of my favorite projects. The existing space was both dated and the layout was not being used to its full potential. But with some revamping and space planning I was able to provide a useable space. The finishes used were chosen with durability in mind while still feeling fresh.
Remodel of the old labor and delivery wing to make room for a much need expansion for Endoscopy. This project required a great deal of creativity to maintain budgetary constraints. With stringent regulations regarding floorplan design. Finishes were also selected for their ability to withstand intense cleaning.
Creating a new three bed recovery area out of an unfinished storage area. The challenges were providing all the needs that went with a recovery area while maintaining a minimal foot print. The finishes used were selected for their warmth and neutrality. The design also boasted of a custom waterfall desk for the nurses station.
Remodel of existing Oncology wing and addition of new waiting area. The finishes in this project were selected to meld with those in the cancer wing and set new standards for the rest of the hospital
