Mr. Deepesh Goel

Mr. Deepesh Goel is a Strategist, Mentor, and Business Transformation Leader with multi-industry experience of three decades in B2B / B2C technology-based products & services. He has led various Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation businesses in 3M, GE, Tyco Electronics, L&T, Fortive, and Danaher. Mr. Deepesh joined Teach for India as a Fellow in June 2022. Earlier, he worked as an Independent Consultant on Industrial IoT with Startups and Industry doing matchmaking of industrial applications to solutions given by startups and providing IoT-ready products to corporates. Mr. Deepesh volunteers with Atal Innovation Mission as a Regional Mentor of Change for Karnataka region, mentoring mentors and school kids who are exposed to latest technologies at Atal Tinkering Labs such as AI / ML / IoT / Robotics / 3D printing. He works on improving the employability of PG / UG students and conducts guest lectures at B schools & Engineering colleges. Mr. Deepesh also works as a Mentor for startups. He has been involved in an e-learning initiative for career planning of teenagers called "Innopreneurship".

Dr. Geevarathna

Professor - Acharya Bangalore B School

Dr. Geevarathna has 23+ years of experience in teaching, research and training. Prior to joining academics profession, she had 7 years of industry experience in IT, Education and Banking sectors.

Dr. Geevarathna has been a PhD Guide - Research Supervisor for Bangalore University. She has worked for more than a decade with premier B-Schools like M S Ramaiah College, Sikkim Manipal University and NIIT, HDFC, JIRSM [International School] and Infosys on various capacities of Marketing and HR administration at Middle Management levels.

Dr. Geevarathna has played a key role in mentoring and conducting technical training and soft skills training for GNIIT programs. She has conducted software training programs for Social Welfare department, Bank staff and Police department. She has been on board for setting question papers and syllabus for autonomous institutes. She is a TEDx Licensee, Organiser and Curator. She is also an Executive Editor for Management journal AMBER.

Dr. Geevarathna has conducted and organised training programs, workshops and management development programs. She is also the Co-Founder and Chief Editor of Jewellery and Fashion Magazine.

She enjoys the process of developing Science activities to make learning more fun for students. This enables her to impart strong knowledge in science to make a great gift to students throughout their lives, as every aspect of our daily life is intertwined with science principles.

Ms. Krithika has performed 800+ Science shows across India and conducted 1000+ STEM workshops for students. She is focussed on building passionate teams who are aligned with the vision and mission of GyanPro and ensure to inspire students and promote science education.

Dr. Rajkumar Dham

Life Coach and Director Projects at People's Trust

Dr. Rajkumar Dham is a Life Coach, Trainer and Director Projects. He has done Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and Post Graduation in Industrial Management from The Indian Institute of Science Bangalore. He has also done MD in Alternative Medicine from Open International University Medicina Alternativa. He has developed a new paradigm for self development and finding creative solutions to problems called: "Body Mind Programming (BMP) - accessing the Inner Computer" jointly with Professor Dr. Krishna Swamy of IISc Bangalore. Dr. Dham is the author of the book "Create Your Own Future Through Body Mind Programming". He is working in the area of Heart-Mind approach for leadership and leading a Happy, Healthy, Successful and FULFILLING Life . Dr. Dham is also a Mentor of Change associated with Atal Innovation Mission and loves healing.

Mr. SRINIVAS S G

Regional Mentor of Change (Andhra Pradesh) associated with Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog, Govt. of India

Founder - Scientific Students

Mr. Srinivas is an accomplished engineer turned educator with a lofty goal of inspiring high school children in India. He constantly motivates them so that one of them can win a Nobel prize in science in our lifetime.

He was awarded the Best Teacher award from Educational Special Magazine and the Best Mentor in TANA Global Science Fair 2013 for supporting more than 1000 student groups from various schools.

To popularize hands-on learning culture, Mr. Srinivas has launched a variety of programs including, 'Young Achievers', 'Young Scientist Program', and 'Children Circuits Lab'. These programs are offered directly in schools through out the academic year or as Summer camps during in the holidays.

To pass on his knowledge, observations and to motivate students, he has visited more than 500 schools and talked to nearly 3 lakhs students. He has supported thousands of students over phone, email and Facebook over the last few years. Bharath A J is the Founding Director of Young innovators. Young Innovators follows the techniques of exploratory and experimental-based learning where students put their classroom skills and practical knowledge into practice and work towards the achievement of a goal. This research-based approach encourages learners to think critically and examine a product or concept. As a result, they acquire knowledge in the process of problem-solving and come up with few ideas.

Our techniques are learner-centric. The step-by-step approach is also followed to acquire knowledge and skills that makes students learn to ask questions, seek answers, or analyze the problem and figure out a solution.

Young Innovators are overwhelmed to hold a place in world record list adjudicated by INDIA BOOK OF RECORDS on successfully assembling 104 Newtonian Reflector Telescopes in 1 hour. We are proud to announce that this was the first of its kind attempt made by school students who we are associated with.

He wears a couple of hats, one being the head of the Common Instrumentation Facility in Bengaluru - A Govt. Of Karnataka Project and the other the founder of the community Startup Tumakuru. He fosters young minds to develop the habit of entrepreneurship.

Consultant & Innovator

Mechanical engineer with long experience of working with well known French and Indian companies into capital goods (machinery). Well travelled across the world. Being a passionate innovator, he has created an innovative device for petrol pumps, for which, a patent application is pending. He continues to eLearn: Industry 4.0 (Tata Steel), Patent Law (IIT M), Innovation by Design (IIT B).

Mr. Srikanth A

Program Manager - TATA Consultancy Services

Mr. Srikanth works as Program Manager in TATA Consultancy Services (TCS), Bangalore. He has completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering and Master of Business Administration in Marketing Management. He is an alumnus of MKCE. Mr. Srikanth is an active volunteer for STEAM – Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics initiatives at schools and colleges across the country. He is also a Mentor of Change at Atal Tinkering Labs, a flagship initiative of NITI Aayog, Government of India to nurture innovation and entrepreneurship among school students.

As an active Youth Employability Program (YEP) Champion, Mr. Srikanth handles Business Skills programs to enhance the employability of engineering students across different states. His area of interest includes Internet of Things, Cyber Physical systems, Computational Thinking, and Business Operations.

Udaya Raghunath Birje is a “Mentor for Change” under the Atal Innovation Mission of NITI Aayog, Government of India. He has been involved with various Startup initiatives of Government & Private Institutions across India, including IIM Bangalore, IIM Lucknow, BMS College of Engineering, Sahyadri College of Engineering, Presidency College, New Horizon College of Engineering, Tumkur University & many other top Institutions in India. An alumnus of Harvard Business School, USA, he has completed his Executive Education with specialization in Authentic Leadership & Corporate Governance. Uday holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Bangalore University.

Uday is the President of The Mysore Lancers Heritage Foundation. Mysore Lancers was the “Horse Regiment” of the erstwhile Mysore Maharaja which fought the World War-I & II. As a descendant of the Mysore Lancers, Uday has been involved in many development activities to restore the History of the Mysore Lancers in collaboration with various stake holders like the Royal Mysore Family, Indian Army, Government of Karnataka & Israel High Commission. The Mysore Lancers regiment was merged with the 61st Cavalry of the Indian Army.

Senior Leader

Shachidevi TK is a Senior Leader, with 38 years of experience in Energy and Power sector. She has held several leadership positions at CXO level. She is also a Mentor of Change with Atal Tinkering Labs.

She holds MTech. in Power Systems from IIT Kharagpur and BE from BMS college of engineering, Bangalore university. In addition, she holds Master Black Belt certificate in Six Sigma and attended several international leadership programs. She was instrumental in setting up four Engineering and R&D centers across various organizations and worked extensively and represented Indian firms in international platforms.

She has initiated and led many first-time projects in India and published 5 US patents and 2 Indian patent disclosures, published several technical papers in national and international forums. She is bestowed with several awards and recognitions for her contribution. She believes that growth in Indian industrial sector can be accelerated by giving more encouragement to R&D and innovation.

Ms. Shachidevi will be presiding over the Valedictory function on the concluding day of the Summer Camp.
