Class Schedule

Champions Training and Aquatic Center provides 2 types of classes for our Silver Sneakers/Renew Active members!

Instructor Led Classes - 

Monday Splash Class at 9:30am: Enjoy a low-impact water aerobic class that is designed for seniors.  It takes place in our heated indoor pool and focuses on cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, and flexibility using gentle movements, often with the support of floatation devices. 

Tuesday Circuit Class at 9:30am: Enjoy a full-body workout class for seniors that combines low-impact aerobic exercises with strength training.  Circuit class features standing, non-complex movements using resistance tools like weights or bands to improve cardiovascular health, muscle endurance, and balance.

Video Led Classes - 

Enjoy a low-impact water aerobic class that is led from a video.  It takes place in our heated indoor pool and focuses on cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, and flexibility using gentle movements, often with the support of floatation devices. 

An indoor walking video class is a guided workout that simulates a walking routine indoors.  It typically includes low-impact steps, arm movements, and varying intensity levels to improve cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and mobility without needing outdoor space.
