Instructor Led Classes -
Tuesday Circuit Class at 10:30am: Enjoy a full-body workout class for seniors that combines low-impact aerobic exercises with strength training. Circuit class features standing, non-complex movements using resistance tools like weights or bands to improve cardiovascular health, muscle endurance, and balance.
Wednesday Splash Class at 9:30am: Enjoy a low-impact water aerobic class that is designed for seniors. It takes place in our heated indoor pool and focuses on cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, and flexibility using gentle movements, often with the support of floatation devices.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday Water Aerobics from 9:30-10:30am
