Jr. High Trojans have strong showing at Cocalico Jr. High Tourny

The Jr. High Trojans traveled to Denver, PA on Saturday December 16th to compete in the Cocalico Jr. High Wrestling Tournament and had a strong showing.  Leading the way for the Trojans were Deakon Snavely and Omar Hanchey who both placed 2nd at 210 & 250lbs respectively.  

Other placers for the Trojans were:  

3rd place:  Aiden Yarnell - 87lbs, Isaac Brambley - 94 lbs.

4th Place:  Corvin Edwards - 155 lbs.

5th Place:  Nate Chambers - 130 lbs, Justin Deneen - 145 lbs, Rylan Pottle - 190 lbs, 

6th Place:  Christopher Wilkerson - 170 lbs.

Cocalico also held a full JV tournament and our Trojans did well there also.  Here are the bracket placements for the JV Jr. High Trojans:

5th Place:  Cooper Stevens - 130A, Ty Paetow - 138C, Colton Horst - 155A, Aulana Stanton - 170A, Keegan Parris - 170B

Jr. High Trojan Wrestlers Best Waynesboro in Franklin County Showdown.

The Junior High Trojan wrestlers traveled to Waynesboro for bragging rights in Franklin County and came away with a lopsided 61-18 win over the home team Indians.  

Leading the way for the Trojans getting pins were:  Isaac Brambley (94lbs) and Chris Wilkerson (170lbs), while Corvin Edwards picked up a    9-0 major decision at 155lbs.  Also winning matches were:  Abram Hight, Reagan Evans, Nate Chambers, Justin Deneen, Deakon Snavely, Omar Hanchey, Mason Graver and Aiden Yarnell
