These terms apply to Chain Reaction, a game published by Glitchy Toad Games (www.glitchytoad.co.za). By playing it you agree to them. The App Store's or Google Play's own terms also apply to your download and purchases.
PLAYING THE GAME
Chain Reaction is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial play on your own devices. Please don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer or modify the game, or use cheats or tools to interfere with its leaderboards.
PURCHASES AND VIRTUAL ITEMS
Coins, sparks, hint tokens, cosmetics and other virtual items have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money and can't be transferred. Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play and follow their refund rules; restore earlier purchases in Settings > Restore purchases. Every paid item lists exactly what it gives; there are no random paid rewards.
ADS
The game is free and shows ads through Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are always optional. How ad data is handled is explained in the privacy policy: https://sites.google.com/view/chain-reaction-privacy
YOUR PROGRESS
Progress is saved on your device only. We can't recover it if the game is deleted or the device is lost or reset.
CHANGES AND AVAILABILITY
We may update the game, its levels, events and prices, or stop offering it. Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date.
DISCLAIMER
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Glitchy Toad Games is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you, including South Africa's Consumer Protection Act.
