After attempting to navigate the CARF accreditation process on my own, I quickly realized I did not have the skills, knowledge and ability to complete this without help. Luckily, I found Christine and began working with her / CHab Consulting LLC during the start-up phase of My Path, LLC.  Christine laid out the CARF requirements and standards in a way that made sense and felt attainable. From there, she laid out a clear plan to meet and exceed these standards. She wrote policies and procedures for my organization that matched state, federal, contractual, and CARF International requirements as well as set up sustainable methods for collecting data, receiving stakeholder feedback, analyzing outcomes, and training staff.    She helped guide leadership planning to not only conform to CARF’s standards, but also to streamline processes.  Having someone who knew how to do this saved me precious time and money so that I could focus on building my business.

Christine has guided us through our CARF survey preparations over the last several years, culminating in a 3-year accreditation with no recommendations!  After achieving CARF accreditation, Christine has remained an asset to My Path, helping us to maintain CARF’s standards as well as regulatory compliance.  Her breadth of knowledge and business management experience compliments our operations in areas such as compliance, data analysis, and marketing.  She is conscientious, competent, and a pleasure to work with.  Christine's ability to communicate, give perspective, answer questions and collaborate with the My Path team has also been a huge asset in the growth of the company.
