Highlights

Provided oversight and authorship of the annual Student Career Guide for three years, producing a widely used resource to support career exploration, application and document preparation, and job search strategies. 

Secured significant in-kind contributions of more than 1,800+ professional clothing items for Suit-A-Bull as a recipient of Suits for Session through Volunteer Florida.  

Serve as an adjunct instructor in multiple programs, teaching courses on leadership, job search preparation, and higher education that help students connect academics with future career opportunities.

Oversee the daily operations and completion process of the Career Navigator course, a Board of Governors mandated requirement designed to connect students with career resources early in their academic journey.

Directed the launch of the inaugural National Student Success Conference, attracting 300+ higher education leaders nationwide and establishing an annual platform for innovation in student success.

Served as a narrative writer for the University of South Florida’s SACSCOC accreditation process,  contributing to institutional reporting and compliance.

Directed multi-year strategic planning processes for Student Affairs, aligning divisional and departmental goals with institutional priorities and measurable student success outcomes.

Chaired a cross-divisional team that developed and monitored strategic plans and assessment models for 20+ departments, driving accountability and continuous improvement. 

Oversaw Student Affairs regulations and policies with university-wide impact, ensuring alignment with institutional standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.

Managed the University of Washington’s largest fundraiser, the annual Educational Opportunity Program Endowed Scholarship event, featuring the presentation of the Odegaard Award.

Small Business Banking Manager with NationsBank (now Bank of America), managing client portfolios of $5 million and under, providing financial solutions, and supporting business growth.

Began my career in higher education at Florida State University, supporting the Summer Bridge Program to help first-year students successfully transition to college.
