Gabrian Chua ("CGIXE Productions") built the Egghead app as a free app. This SERVICE is provided by CGIXE Productions at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use my Service.

If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The information collected is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions for Egghead unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

Egghead stores game progress and preferences on your device. This may include your score, game board, save timestamp, audio and performance preferences, and whether you have chosen local-only mode.

Unless you have chosen local-only mode by explicitly signing out, Egghead uses Unity Authentication to create or restore an anonymous player account and Unity Cloud Save to store your game progress. These services process a Unity Authentication player ID and Internet Protocol ("IP") address. If you choose to add sign-in credentials, Unity Authentication also processes the username and password you provide. These credentials are used to authenticate and access your Egghead account across supported devices. Egghead submits them to Unity Authentication, and CGIXE Productions does not separately store your password.

Cloud-saved game progress may include your score, game board, and save timestamp. This information is associated with your Unity Authentication player ID and is used only to provide authentication, saved-game, account-management, and related service functionality.

Egghead does not use advertising services or in-app purchasing and does not sell your personal information. The app does use third-party services that may collect or process information used to identify you or provide the Service.

Log Data

I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in the case of an error in the app, third-party service providers may collect data and information on your phone called Log Data. Depending on the provider, this Log Data may include information such as your device IP address, device name or type, operating system version, app configuration, time and date of use, and other technical or diagnostic statistics. Google Play may also provide CGIXE Productions with aggregated or diagnostic information about the app's installation, performance, and use.

Cookies

This Service does not use cookies explicitly. However, external websites linked from the app or this policy may use cookies under their own policies. You may be able to accept or refuse those cookies through your browser, but refusing them may affect portions of those websites.

Service Providers

I may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

• To facilitate our Service;

• To provide the Service on our behalf;

• To perform Service-related services; or

• To assist us in maintaining and understanding how the Service operates.

I want to inform users of this Service that these third parties may have access to Personal Information as needed to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose except as permitted by their terms and privacy policies.

Data Retention and Deletion

Local game progress and preferences remain on your device until they are deleted through the app, cleared through your device settings, or removed when the app is uninstalled, subject to how Android handles app data and backups. Cloud game progress and Unity Authentication account information are retained until the user or CGIXE Productions deletes them, subject to any limited retention required by Unity or Google for security, legal, or service-operational purposes under their own policies.

Deleting saved game data removes the saved game but does not delete the associated player account. You may permanently delete your Egghead player account and its associated local and cloud-saved game data through the in-app Delete account option. Security

I value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children's Privacy and COPPA Compliance

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to do necessary actions.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
