Delete your Egghead account

Egghead accounts and cloud saves are provided by CGIXE. To request permanent deletion of your Egghead account and associated cloud-save data, see below for options. Deleting your Egghead account also deletes your saved cloud games. This action is irreversible.

In-app (recommended)

Egghead supports account deletion in-app. If you still know your username and password, log in via the Account page on the title screen. You can select "Delete Account" and confirm, and your account and cloud saves will be deleted immediately.

To request Egghead account deletion via email, please send an email to CGIXEProductions+egghead@gmail.com with the subject “Egghead account deletion.”

Please include:

• Your Egghead username

• Your Egghead Player ID (if available)

• An email where we can respond

Never send us your Egghead password.

We may ask for additional information to verify that you own the account. Once verified, we will permanently delete the account and associated cloud-save data. This cannot be undone.
