The registration is open until June 30

General information

• The registration is done on an external website called SciencesConf (see steps for the registration below) : [LINK]

• Registration cost is set to 270€. Only payments by Credit Card can be accepted.

• You will be asked for your participation to the optional registration (Sunday), Conference dinner (Wednesday), and a friendly closing event (Thursday afternoon). Please specify any food restrictions in the form.

• The cost of the Wednesday Conference dinner is not included in the registration. If you are willing to participate, an additional cost of 50€ is asked and needs to be paid during the Payment step. For invited guests, a waiting list will be made due to the limited space of the restaurant.

• For French scientists: If you would like to pay with Sorbonne Université funding, please contact cfmip2023@lmd.ipsl.fr before any payment !

Steps to follow for the registration

1. Inscription on the SciencesConf website

   • On the "Registration" tab, click on "login" if you already have an account on SciencesConf or on HAL. If not then click on "I don't have an account" and fill some information for creating an account (email, new login/password, last and first names).

2. Registration and payment

   • Once logged in on SciencesConf, click on "My registration" (tab on the left), complete the form, click on Overview and then Submit. You should receive a first email notifying that your registration has been saved and will be validated after payment. This email does not confirm your registration.

   • You can then proceed to the online payment, which is the final step of the registration. Unfortunately, the Payment module is in French. Translation is available below. Once payment is complete, you should receive a final confirmation email.
