Make sure Developer Mode is turned on from settings before running any commands
If something failed, try uninstalling the game from Settings
The game won't progress if the files are not in \LocalState
If it still doesn't work try reinstalling the dependencies
Make sure you run 'cd [FolderPath]' before running any commands
IMPORTANT: It's virtually impossible to play the game on Windows 8/8.1. In order to sideload the game on the said OS you must own a Developer License which became impossible to obtain as the servers for it have been shut down. On Windows 10+ the "Developer Mode" toggle replaced the old Developer License. This generally means sideloading Windows Phone XAP/APPX on Windows 8/8.1 is now basically broken unless the OS already had a developer license activated years ago.
