Delivery Driver

The Delivery Driver represents Chick-fil-A by executing safe driving practices and extending 2nd Mile Service beyond the restaurant. This individual helps differentiate Chick-fil-A from others in the delivery space by being presentable, efficient, and friendly. Safety and communication, and commitment to hospitality are vital to this role in contributing to Chick-fil-A’s Shared Vision of being the world's most caring company.

On Demand Delivery Driver

Scheduled Delivery Driver

Available to work 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM at least 5 days per week

Fleet Trainer

The Fleet Trainer is expected to be very hands-on in the training of new Delivery Drivers. This leader will take initiative and responsibility for the training of new and existing Delivery Drivers and will have proven proficiency and mastery of all Delivery Driver procedures. The Fleet Trainer utilizes frequent communication with the Fleet Leaders and Front of House Team Leads regarding the status and development of Delivery Driver training, and ensures that all Delivery Drivers are equipped with the knowledge they need to execute their roles successfully.

The Fleet Trainers report directly to the Team Leads.

Team Member

The Team Member represents Chick-fil-A by providing 2nd Mile Service to each of our Guests within the restaurant. Willingness, Ability, and Availability are the foundation for success in this role. Trainer

The Trainer is expected to be very hands-on in team member training. This leader take initiative and responsibility for the training of new and existing team members and has demonstrated mastery of each position in their given area. The Trainer utilizes frequent communication with the Team Leads regarding the status and development of Team Member training, and ensures that all Team Members are equipped with the knowledge they need to execute their roles successfully.

The Trainers report directly to the Team Leads.

Team Lead

The Team Lead executes operational strategies and works closely with the Operations Lead to ensure that our Mission, Vision, and Core Values are the foundation on which we grow the business. Operations Lead

The Operations Lead key objective is driving operational excellence to ensure operational fundamentals are consistently achieved. The Operations Lead sets the operational pace of the restaurant through engaging the team in the Mission and Vision of the organization. This leader is expected to develop and leverage systems and resources necessary to monitor effectiveness of restaurant operations, and ensures that the Team Leads are equipped with the tools and support they need to execute their roles successfully.

The Operations Lead reports directly to the Operator.
