Frequently Asked Questions
How do I add a new credential?
Open the app and go to the Credentials tab. Tap the plus button in the top right corner. Select your profession, enter your license details, and set up your CE cycle with the required hours and categories.
How does the AI certificate scanner work?
Go to the Dashboard and tap the plus button to add an activity. Select Scan Certificate. Take a photo of your CE certificate or choose one from your photo library. The AI will automatically extract the title, provider, hours, date, and other details. Review the extracted information and tap Save.
Why are my AI features limited?
The free plan includes a limited number of AI scans, natural language logs, and chat messages each month. These limits reset at the beginning of each calendar month. Upgrade to Premium for unlimited access to all AI features.
How do I restore my Premium subscription?
Go to Settings and scroll down to Subscription. Tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID that was used for the original purchase. If the restore does not find your subscription, contact Apple Support.
Can I track multiple licenses?
Yes. CE Tracker Pro supports unlimited credentials on the Premium plan. You can track licenses across different states and professions simultaneously. Each credential has its own CE cycle, categories, and deadline tracking.
How do I export my data?
Go to the Reports tab. Select the credential and cycle you want to report on. You can generate a PDF compliance report, export a CSV spreadsheet, create a certificate package, or export your complete data in JSON format.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. CE Tracker Pro stores all data locally on your device. You can log activities, view your dashboard, and manage credentials without an internet connection. AI features require an internet connection. If you scan a certificate while offline, it will be queued and processed automatically when you reconnect.
How do I change the app language?
Go to Settings and look for the Language option. CE Tracker Pro is available in English, Spanish, and Russian. The app will restart in your selected language.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Open the Settings app on your iPhone. Tap your name at the top. Tap Subscriptions. Find CE Tracker Pro and tap Cancel Subscription. Your Premium access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
What happens to my data if I delete the app?
All data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, all data is permanently removed. We recommend exporting your data through the Reports tab before deleting the app. We do not store your data on any server, so it cannot be recovered after deletion.

Manage Your Subscription
To manage or cancel your CE Tracker Pro subscription, visit your Apple ID subscription settings. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
