📣 Our next meeting is Sept. 9, 2026, at Columbia
MISSION STATEMENT: Columbia Elementary PTCO connects students, families, staff, and the downtown Colorado Springs community to create a welcoming environment that fosters academic and emotional growth. We are committed to a positive, inclusive culture that embraces diverse ideas and ensures all voices are valued.
The Columbia Elementary School's PTCO has a long standing tradition of working together to fundraise and support the school, our staff and our students. Throughout the year, we support appreciation events, classroom supplies, field trips, special projects, community events, and more.
Curious about how this money is spent? Have ideas for fundraising? Want to lend a hand? Come to our monthly meetings at 6:30 p.m. on the second Wednesday of every month. Free childcare on site will be available. Join us before the meeting for a free family dinner at 5:30 p.m.
Our primary communication channel during the school year is Class Dojo - look for our events and announcements in your feed!
Get ready for our first big event of the year, and save the date for Friday, Oct. 9. We will have food available, games, crafts, a cake walk, and our very popular hay ride. It all goes down on the school grounds at Columbia. Bring your family for some fun competition and a celebration of the fall season.
The carnival succeeds thanks to our dedicated volunteers every year. Have an hour or two to spare? Sign up to volunteer!
"...King Soopers Community Rewards program. This program makes fundraising easy by donating to local organizations based on the shopping you do every day. Once you link your Card to an organization, all you have to do is shop at King Soopers and swipe your Shopper’s Card..."
