2025 - 2026 Strength Training Schedule
As coaches we believe that a strength training program is essential to each individual player's and team success. We will be lifting twice to three days a week starting the first week of December and continuing throughout the basketball season.
9th Grade: 5:30 to 6:00PM Monday, Wednesday and Thursday/Friday
B-Squad: 5:30 to 6:00 PM Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday/Friday
Varsity/JV:
6:30-7:20 AM Monday
5:00 to 5:30 PM Wednesday, and Thursday or Friday
