We believe players gain confidence through positive feedback from parents, coaches and teammates.  As a coaching staff we will strive to focus on the positive elements of games/practices while trying to teach our players what we feel is the correct way to play.  

We strongly believe in the development of a team, a team that is unified and together can overcome most obstacles.  Throughout the year we will reiterate the importance of teamwork and work on developing a cohesive team unit to achieve our goals.
