Spring Craft/Vendor Show

Setup and Tear Down

• Vendors must be registered and set up by 8:30 a.m. Saturday morning.

• Setup times:

  • Friday evening: 6:00–8:00 p.m.

  • Saturday morning: Starting at 7:00 a.m.

• Tear down is not permitted before 1:50 p.m. 

Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors are responsible for:

  • Setting up and tearing down their own booths.

  • Keeping their booth area clean during the event.

  • Cleaning up after the show.

• Vendors are responsible for their own:

  • Taxes.

  • Lost, stolen, or broken items.

Registration Fee

• Booth space: $30 for a 10x10-foot space.

• Table rental:

  • $5 if pre-ordered (first-come, first-served).

  • $10 if rented during setup or during the event (based on availability).

• The registration fee is non-refundable.

Additional Requests

• Each booth is asked to provide one item and a business card for the raffle table.

Event Details

• Show hours: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

• Admission: Free for attendees.

• Concessions and baked goods will be available for purchase, with all profits benefiting the Central Lee Music Department.
