NEW INFORMATION
January 2025 all travelers (students and adults) will need to submit their cell phone numbers so group cards can be created.
Students will have the opportunity to pick their chaperone group in December.
Chaperones will have one "extra" duty for the trip, whether that is bus attendance, luggage packing, banner duty, etc. Each chaperone will be allowed to sign up or be assigned a duty on January 1, 2025.
Please include a payment voucher with each monthly payment. Make sure each traveler's name is printed so the funds can be logged to the correct account.

PREVIOUS INFORMATION
All travlers will receive a trip coat to wear while on the trip and to keep! When submitting the coat size, take into consideration the bulk of the clothing that will be worn with the coat.
In November 2024 students and adults attending the NYC2024 trip will select their hotel room. Student rooms are organized by gender and are at a quad capacity. Chaperone groups are organized based on the desire of the chaperone - trip pricing is based on the quad capacity. Chaperone room pricing will be adjusted based on the occupany level of each room.
Due April 22, 2024 to the middle school or high school music office.
Hardcopy registration forms are available in the middle school and high school music room.
Non-Chaperone/Department Member Registration
With the trip being over Spring Break 2025, parents shouldn’t have to split up the family or have to find somebody to watch younger siblings. Immediate family members may attend the trip but not extended family. Here are a few requirements to the “extra traveler registration.”
1. Only non-high school immediate family members or high school immediate family members that have not been part of the music department can be added to the trip (i.e. children).
2. Extended family may not be added to the trip (grandparents, aunt, uncle, etc.)
3. Each added family member must be cleared with Mr. Madsen.
4. Family members that are not chaperones (non-performing children) trip cost will be $2300.00 per traveler.
5. Extra traveler (the child) will be the responsibility of the parent at all times while attending the trip.
6. All adults on the trip will have chaperoning and duty responsibilities.
Students, parents, community members are encouraged to create and submit a NYC2025 trip logo for the Central Lee trip on or by May 15, 2024. The logo that is selected will become the official trip logo and used on all apparel, paperwork, etc. Submission are encouraged to include aspects of the music department, and New York City.
