Circulation Procedures (Check-In and Out)
Faculty and Staff may check out an unlimited number of resources for a three week period. Students are not allowed to check out any materials in a teacher's name.
Students can check out two books at a time for up to 2 weeks. A book may be renewed only if the student presents the book at the circulation desk at the time of renewal. Self Check-In and Self Checkout stations are set up in our Media Center. If students fail to return their books, they will not be allowed to check out other books until the overdue book is returned or the replacement cost is paid. *Check out Destiny Discover to view your account information.
Students are issued one laptop and one charger for the school year. The computers are to be used for school-related academic purposes only. Games, downloading personal software, and other non school related activities are not permitted. All documents should be saved to the student’s Onedrive.
Lost or damaged
Report all lost or damaged materials to the media center.
In the event that a book is lost, the student’s account will be charged a replacement fee. An amount in accordance with the degree of damage will be charged for damaged books. If materials are damaged beyond repair, the full replacement fee will be charged. This includes damage to any resources and equipment used at school. Damaged resources or equipment do not become the property of the student.
The replacement cost for the laptop is currently $400 and the charger is $23. If you lose your charger, you can get a replacement once you have paid our bookkeeper for the lost one.
