FROM NEIGHBORING COUNTIES!

Many neighboring counties do not have a local council affiliate for NCRA. This means that teachers and students in those counties do not have access to the opportunities, advocacy, learning, and information about the state of literacy in our state!

Educators and literacy supporters from Person, Chatham, Orange, Alamance, Granville, Vance and Franklin counties are encouraged to join CCLC for

virtual literacy PD
access to the NCRA Young Authors Contest for their students
networking with literacy leaders from across the state.

As members from other counties join our council, we can vote to alter or change the council name to represent our membership accurately.
