Coaching Staff

Coach Iossi joined the Rockets coaching staff for the 2018 season as the Assistant Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator. After playing high school football at Glenbard North, he went on to play collegiately at North Central College in Naperville, IL. Coach Iossi resides in Hampshire, IL with his wife, Kristen and two children, Cade (8) and Raeghan (7).

Coach Scoliere joined the Rockets coaching staff for the 2018 season and is the Varsity Defensive Coordinator.  After playing high school football at Marmion Academy, he went on to play football at North Dakota State University. Coach Scoliere coaches the Running Backs and Linebackers for the Rockets.

Coach Hultgren joined the Rockets coaching staff for the 2022 season and serves as the Varsity Defensive Line Coach, in addition to being the JV Head Coach. He played high school football at East Aurora before continuing his career collegiately at the Air Force Academy and the University of Iowa. Coach Hultgren resides in St. Charles with his wife Kristin and their three children: Zach, Ben, and Eleanor.

Coach Bown joined the Rockets coaching staff for the 2021 season as a Fr/So volunteer assistant coach. Coach Bown has flown up the ranks in his short time on staff  earning the role as the Fr/So Offensive Coordinator and most recently being named the JV Offensive Coordinator as well. Coach Bown lives in Yorkville, IL with his wife, Kara, and two children, Taylor and Justin.

2021 - Present: Central High School

Coach Hartwig joined the Rockets for the first time in 2023. He started playing football at McHenry high school and then moved on to play at the collegiate level at Carthage College in Kenosha, Wi. As a collegiate athlete he played many positions; corner, safety, running back, and wide receiver. Coach Hartwig will be heading into his 8th year as a high school football coach at two different schools. He started coaching at Johnsburg High school and was the Varsity defensive coordinator for four years. Coach Hartwig completed his masters in school counseling and joined the staff at Central high school. During his first year with the Rockets, he worked with the varsity wide receivers and defensive backs. “My goal at CHS is to increase student turnout for our sport. Continue to build student-athletes with character and responsibility. Win our way into the IHSA football playoffs.”

Coach Kafer joined the Rocket Football staff in 2022, after a long run as Athletic Director and Varsity Football coach at Geneva High School.

Coach Dalen joined the Rockets coaching staff for the 2023 season as a Fr/So volunteer assistant coach.

Coach Pearson joined the Rockets coaching staff for the 2022 season as a Fr/So volunteer assistant coach.
