• Age 21+ with personal form of transportation

• TB test negative

• Valid First Aid + CPR card link

• Two years plus of work history

• Valid AZ Fingerprint Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions) link

• HS Diploma or GED required (or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or healthcare relevant field preferred).

• Peer Support certification

• Proof of eligibility to work in the USA

1. Two year good driving report link

2. Two employment references

3. Two years previous experience working with persons with behavioral/mental health needs or related disabilities

4. Obtain Peer Support Specialist certificate

5. Ability to work in various environments and meet the needs of the youth or family member

6. Proof of COVID19 vax (as needed)
