The Workforce Leadership & Sustainability Initiative, the nonprofit division of The Center for Coaching Strategies, is currently seeking passionate and experienced Early Childhood Education professionals to join our emerging national nonprofit board. We are intentionally building a multi-state leadership board to strengthen collaboration, broaden professional perspectives, expand national partnerships, and increase the long-term impact of our work supporting the Early Childhood Education workforce. 

Our vision is to create a leadership network grounded in reflective practice, relationship-centered leadership, workforce sustainability, and coaching-informed systems change.
