Our walk in service, also referred to as the "public", is where we see the majority of our customers. This service is to accommodate customers that have 500 containers or less. Simply bring your white or clear bags to a table and dump the contents, then step back and let the employees count your things. When they are done counting, they will hand you a paper with your container count on it. Bring that to the cashier where you will be paid out. Our drop off hours have changed! We will be accepting drops on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday's between 10am-12pm and 1pm-4pm. If those times do not work please call to schedule and appointment. If you have a lot of glass or more than 12 of our can liner bags you will need to make an appointment to drop off.  Please make sure all containers are sorted; plastic and cans CANNOT be mixed in the same bags.  All plastic and cans must be in clear can liner bags and be tied properly; double knotted and closed tight! If you have glass it must be in a box!  All containers MUST be CLEAN and DRY! There is NO EXCEPTION TO THESE RULES!!  For a full list of our rules see the policy page.

If you believe that you have exceeded the 500 container limit, or you do not want to wait in line, you may take advantage of our drop off service. you CANNOT drop and have some counted in the same day!  It's one or the other!  Drop off's are done at the overhead door to the right of the entrance door. During this process you will be asked to fill out a slip that includes your name, phone number, and how many bags that you have brought in. An employee will be there to guide you, and answer questions that you may have. When the slip is complete you will take the yellow copy. DO NOT LOSE YOUR YELLOW SLIP! It will take up to 10 business days to process your containers, although we will hold your money for up to 90 days. Upon arrival to pick up your money, show your yellow slip to the cashier and they will take care of you from there.  Any drops exceeding $100 will be paid in the form of a check.
