Entry Period: Opens January 8, 2026; Deadline February 7, 2026 (no exceptions)
Entry Limits: Up to 4 events per swimmer, must stay in the same age group for the entire meet
Entry Fees: $5 per individual event, $20 per relay, $5 facility fee per swimmer
Entry Submission: Electronic files preferred (Hy-Tek CL2/HY3 or SDIF); $2 extra per event for paper entries

Payment: One check per YMCA, payable to Juniata Valley Area Swim Association (JVASA); payment accepted at check-in

Timed finals format
Age groups: 8 & Under, 9–10, 11–12, 13–14, 15–21
Sessions:
- Saturday AM: 8 & Under (Events 1–16, 9:00 am)
- Saturday PM: 9–10 & 11–12 (Events 17–78, 1:00 pm)
- Sunday AM: 13–14 & 15 & Over (Events 79–146, 9:00 am)

Open to CENKEY YMCA swim team members who have competed in at least two CENKEY meets during the 2025-2026 season
Ages up to 21 (as of 12/01/2025)
Must be a YMCA member in good standing for at least 90 days prior to the meet
Amateur status required (no college swimmers or paid athletes)

Admissions: Free; programs/heat sheets and Meet Mobile available for sale
Concessions: Full concession stand available
Results: Unofficial results posted onsite; official results emailed to teams and available on Meet Mobile
Timers/Officials: Teams required to provide timers; officials invited to sign up at the following link https://forms.office.com/r/vkPwcsW1hV
Warm-ups: Assigned lanes; times emailed to teams before the meet
Rules: YMCA and USA Swimming rules apply; fly-over starts for ages 9 and up; deck changes prohibited; no technical suits for 12 & Under
Vendors: Northwest Designs will be onsite selling meet specific apparel!
Safety: Certified lifeguards on duty; concussion protocol in place; SafeSport and MAAPP policies enforced
Photography: No photos behind blocks or in changing areas; coaches may record for training only
COVID-19: Participation is at your own risk; all attendees must follow posted health and safety instructions
