Postdoc Position:

• A IPDF position is OPEN. Deadline: 18 September, 2025

• Candidates with good publication records and experience of research in experimental condensed matter physics and/or electronic band structure calculation are welcome to apply for the NPDF.

• Women candidates with a good publication record and experience of research in experimental condensed matter physics and/or electronic band structure calculation are welcome to apply for external fellowships like WISE PDF and DST Women Scientist. 

• The faculty members of State Universities / Colleges and in private Academic Institutions are welcome to apply for TEACHERS ASSOCIATESHIP FOR RESEARCH EXCELLENCE (TARE) program. The proposal with mutual interest will be hosted for application under SERB.

PhD Position:

• Candidates with UGC/CSIR Junior Research Fellowship and an interest in working on experimental condensed matter physics may apply. Candidates shall send an email with their CV before applying through the portal. 

Summer Internship Position:

• Students with strong research interest in experimental condensed matter physics and willing to work on single crystal growth may apply through IIT PKD summer internship program.
