While we make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our services, we do not guarantee that all information on our website or provided by our staff is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any mistakes or omissions.

3. Payment Terms

Pricing

Payment Methods

Refunds and Cancellations
If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 48 hours of completion, and we will attempt to resolve the issue. Refunds will only be issued for services that have not been completed as agreed, or if there is a clear defect in workmanship. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Device Condition
By submitting your device for repair, you acknowledge that CELLULAR PRO is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or loss of data on the device. We recommend backing up your data prior to submitting your device for repair.

Unclaimed Devices
If you fail to pick up your device after it has been repaired, we reserve the right to charge a storage fee for devices left unclaimed for more than 30 days. After 60 days, unclaimed devices may be disposed of or recycled.

5. Limitation of Liability

Damages
CELLULAR PRO is not liable for any damages, loss of data, or loss of functionality resulting from the repair process, unless caused by our negligence or failure to follow industry-standard practices.

No Guarantee on Repairs
While we take every precaution to ensure high-quality repairs, we cannot guarantee that all repairs will be successful or permanent. In some cases, additional repairs may be required. We will notify you before proceeding with additional work.

6. Privacy and Security
