BABŪ TIONÓL International' Workplace Policy: Framework Mandate
Effective Date: January 19, 2026
Our workplace policy is designed to serve across all businesses within our network. It provides a unified framework of work that promotes flexibility, wellbeing, and professionalism, while accommodating the contractual and project-specific requirements of each engagement.
1. Policy Applicability
This policy applies across all businesses, affiliates, and arrangements. Specific terms of engagement, including financial arrangements and project deliverables, remain governed by the Scope of Work and/or Statement of Works (SOW) and relevant fiduciary agreements.
2. Work Models
We support multiple modes of work to suit diverse project needs.
Remote Work: Practitioners may work from home or from their own offices, provided confidentiality and data standards are maintained.
On-Site Work: Some projects may require practitioners to be physically present at a designated location for a set period. Such requirements will be set out in the SOW.
Work From Anywhere Weeks: Opportunities to work temporarily from another location, subject to approval and continuity of standards.
Non-Linear Workdays: Practitioners may structure tasks around their peak productivity hours where feasible.
3. Communication and Support
We maintain advanced communication infrastructure to support seamless operations.
Centralised API-managed systems ensure efficiency and security.
Approved platforms, including Google Voice, manage client and partner interactions.
A dedicated third-party support line provides initial assistance, with matters referred directly to the appropriate practitioner for resolution.
4. Benefits and Wellbeing
We believe that wellbeing underpins performance. Benefits may include:
Flexible working hours and dedicated focus hours.
Wellness days for rest and recovery.
Virtual team events across jurisdictions.
A home office stipend, where outlined in the SOW.
Free meals through approved business providers, subject to location.
Mental health resources and professional development opportunities, such as our Non-Linear Workday Seminar.
5. Pay, Statutory and Jurisdictional Considerations
Pay adjustments may be based on a practitioner’s country of residence or project jurisdiction. Withholding tax policy applies in accordance with the relevant SOW. Payment processing is handled by the business assigned, with contractual details specified in the agreement.
6. Data and Confidentiality
Professionals/Practitioners must comply with our Data Management Policy, available through our centralised policy website. Fiduciary and confidentiality obligations remain binding under all circumstances. Information handling must align with both contractual terms and jurisdictional laws.
7. Vaccination and Health Protocols
Full vaccination against COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) is recommended for all in-person work. Further details are available in our centralised Vaccine Policy [link].
