CellarScan Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By using CellarScan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Your Account

You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your account secure. Provide accurate information. Sign in via Google.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Use the Service for illegal purposes

- Attempt to tamper with servers or security

- Upload malicious code

- Share your account credentials

- Overload the system

- Reverse engineer the app

Subscriptions and Billing

Free Tier — limited to 200 products per cellar.

Pro Subscription — unlocks unlimited products and team members. Pricing is shown in the app. Processed through Apple/Google.

Renewal — subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Cancel through your device settings.

Refunds — handled by Apple/Google; we cannot issue refunds directly.

User Content

You own your inventory data. We only store and sync it to provide the service.

Team Collaboration

The cellar owner controls members and can delete the cellar. Members can access all data in that cellar.

Data Backup

Export your data regularly. We are not liable for data loss beyond our control.

Service Availability

We aim for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee it.

Intellectual Property

CellarScan's design and branding belong to its developers.

Limitation of Liability

CellarScan is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may delete your account anytime. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
