I am the deputy to the Assistant Director of Energy Statistics, specifically in charge of energy renovation at the Ministry of Ecological Transition. I am also a research fellow affiliated with the Center for Research in Economics and Statistics (CREST).
Previously, I worked as a senior research economist at the Banque de France, held management roles at the French Ministry of Solidarity and Health, and served as an economist at both the French National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies (INSEE) and the French Ministry of the Environment. I also worked as a consultant for the OECD.
My research focuses on the evaluation of environmental public policies, with two main areas of specialization: insurance and prevention policies for environmental risks, and environmental taxation. My work has been recognized with several awards, including the 2013 Solemn Thesis Prize from the Chancellerie des Universités de Paris and the 2021 SCOR–Geneva Risk and Insurance Review Best Paper Award.
