As Chief Insed Engineer, I have been using data and research to inform public decision-making for nearly twenty years. My career as an economist and manager has been built at the intersection of academic research and public policy, with one constant goal: to transform complex data into reliable indicators and rigorous evaluations that inform public decisions.
Throughout my career, I have taken on increasing responsibilities across several French ministries, as well as at Banque de France, INSEE and the OECD. My work has focused on the evaluation of environmental, agricultural, social, fiscal and insurance policies.
