As an economist, I have leveraged data, economic evaluation, and research to inform public decision-making for nearly twenty years. My career has been built at the intersection of academic research and public policy, with a focus on turning complex data into reliable indicators and rigorous policy evaluations that support public decision-making.
Throughout my career, I have held increasingly senior positions within several French ministries, as well as at Banque de France, INSEE, and the OECD. My work has focused on the evaluation of environmental, agricultural, social, and fiscal policies, as well as insurance systems. Today, I serve as Deputy Head of the Energy Statistics Department at the French Ministry for the Ecological Transition. I also lead the French National Observatory for Energy Renovation (ONRE).
