As Chief Engineer at Insed (ENSAE–Columbia; PhD and HDR at Dauphine), I have been using data and research to inform public decision-making for over 19 years. My career as an economist and manager has been built at the intersection of high-level academic analysis and public policy, with one constant goal: to transform complex data into reliable indicators and rigorous assessments to inform strategic decisions.
I have developed expertise in the evaluation of environmental, social, fiscal, and agricultural policies, as well as on issues of redistribution and inequality, within institutions such as social and environmental ministries, the Bank of France, INSEE, and the OECD.
