Age and Suitability:
The majority of items we carry could present a Choking Hazard to small children, they are therefore not suitable for children under 36 Months. With regard to older children we recommend their use under close adult supervision.
Prices and Payments:
1.1 TT Post orders are to be paid for in full before the items are dispatched. Postal charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
1.2 Prices are liable to change at any time.
1.3 Our store contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts some of the product's outlined on our site (currently via pics on the Facebook link on our website ‘Products’ page) may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedure. If there is any price discrepancy, we will contact you before dispatching the product, to ascertain as to whether you want to continue with the order.
1.4 We accept cash payments, Credit Card, Visa Debit Card, with Visa/MasterCard (via WiPay). All Credit/Debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay, or non-delivery of your order.
Glass Beads, Crystal & all Coatings:
The pictures provided for the beads, are a guide only, although we try to present them as clearly as possible. Methods employed in the production of glass beads, means that small markings or inclusions resulting from production processes, can be a feature of the finished items and must be tolerated. The base glass colour can vary slightly from batch to batch. Any beads that have coatings, can also vary from batch to batch. All coatings are of a semi-permanent nature and must be treated as such. They are susceptible to rubbing, through abrasion and chemical attack from some beauty products and other sources. If coated beads are well cared for their life will be greatly increased. Cleaning should be done by hand with very mild soap only.
Returns:
Within 30 days from the purchase date. Items must be in original condition and packaging must be intact. Along with the receipt, these are necessary in order to be refunded cash or to be issued a credit note or to have the item replaced. In the case of cut items e.g. threads, cords, ribbons, wire, chain, nylon etc., we do not accept returns. Beads JAW does not pay postage for returns.
Confirmation of Orders and delivery times:
All orders will be processed as soon as we are in receipt of the full payment. Online orders are dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays via TT Post. Duration: Trinidad 2-3 business days; Tobago 3-4 business days. May take one(1) additional day for rural areas. The package is dispatched on either the Tuesday or the Thursday closest to the date on which the payment was received. Once dispatched, the TT Post Reference number will be sent out via WhatsApp.
