Frequently asked questions
Which airports are supported?
Any airport that publishes a METAR or TAF through the U.S. Aviation Weather Center. Enter its ICAO code, for example KSFO or KJFK.
Do I need an account?
No. CEILING has no accounts and no sign in. Your fields, routes and history stay on your device.
Why does a field show no report?
Not every airport reports at all times. CEILING shows the last known conditions where available and tells you how old the data is.
Are the AI summaries an official briefing?
No. CEILING is an advisory tool for reading publicly available weather. Always obtain an official briefing before any flight.
How do I delete my data?
Open Settings, then Reset All Data. Deleting the app also removes everything.
How do I restore purchases?
Open Settings and tap Restore.
