My NSTU Local President release day will be on Wednesdays again this year. I am booking visits now for February and March, reps please reach out to book a site drop in. I bring treats, answers questions and listen to concerns.
Reps: Please make sure your Membership Registry is up to date. Halifax will be pulling numbers and we need accurate representation from schools. The deadline for updating is March 23, 2026.
Do not hesitate to reach out, the Local Executive and I are here to offer support and answer questions.

Attention African Nova Scotian and Indigenous members- you need to ensure you have self-identified in membership registry to receive a ballot to participate in the upcoming vote for 2 new PE members on April 15. NSTU Presidential Election will take place on Wednesday, May 13, 2026. The candidates are: Peter Day and Michael Kelly, campaigning will begin the week following March Break. CEHL will reach out to both candidates at that time to schedule a forum with a question and answer period. Please look out for details.
