Klipspruit-West Covid19 Disaster Team

The Klipspruit West covid19 disaster forum was created during the beginning of the pandemic to support the area of Klipsprui West with food parcels, educating them about covid19 and supply everyday essentials.

I was a Public Relations Officer (P.R.O) for the Klipspruit West disaster team. I was responsible for :

  • Starting and managing the social media pages.

  • Interviewing and Managing volunteers

  • Writing Sponsorship letters

  • Sourcing contacts and sending out sponsorship requests.

  • Speaking to investors (telephonic & in person)
