CEDAR West KY Coal Grant

Due to board meeting requirements, districts may need teachers to submit grant requests to their appointed personnel earlier than the September 30 deadline.  

Hopkins County teachers will need to submit their grant requests to Megan Bean no later than September 15.  

Henderson County teachers will need to submit their intent to apply only to Amber Vanmeter no later than September 8.  

Union County teachers will need to submit their grant requests to their respective principals no later than September 10.

Webster County teachers are not required to submit their grant requests to either school or board personnel.

After respective school boards approve the coal grants, grants may be sent to Nikki Conway at cedarwestky@gmail.com no later than September 30, 2025
