There are many cuts of beef. If you have a specific cut that you want, I'd be happy to help get that kind of cut for you from the processor. The most common kinds of cuts are Hamburger, Sirloin, KC Strip, Filet and Ribeye Steaks, Roasts, Brisket, Ribs, Stew meat, and Soup bones.
Whole Beef Approximately 400-450 pounds @ $6.45/lb
Half Beef Approximately 200-225 pounds@ $6.90/lb
Quarter Beef Approximately 100-120 pounds @ $7.45/lb
We will collect $100 as a deposit to reserve your order. Balance will be due upon delivery of your order.
I will deliver all your beef. The packages are labeled with the cut and poundage on each package. You decide what cuts of beef and the size of the packages.
