Exterior improvements included a driveway, new roof and significant landscaping. The landscaping was primarily focused on ensuring water was diverted away from the cabin foundation. A retaining wall was built to create a small patio space in the rear. Rainwater is diverted to a dry bed and landscape lighting was installed.
Entire cabin has been insulated with Zip System Insulated Sheathing. Minimum R-6 and some R-9
Currently, there are no windows, only 4 skylights
