Our cattle are USDA processed at Cypress Valley Meat Company in Pottsville, AR. Arkansas requires meat to be USDA processed in order to sell individual cuts of meat. This allows us to sell customers what they need without them having to spend a higher lump amount on bulk beef.

When buying bulk, you are buying a 1/4, 1/2 or whole animal from us. We charge a flat fee of $6 a pound hanging weight for a half or whole cow and $6.25 a quarter with processing included.
