all boarders MUST Have Vet and dental records, annual shots and deworming schedule.
Boarders must have farrier and vet schedule 6-8 weeks.
all grain, hay , feed must be approved by Bryce or Rachel.
Boarders must have one halter hook, tack trunk, and must be stored neatly.
Boarders must adhere to the scheduled group or individual turnout times established by the barn staff. No changing of groups or duration is permitted without staff permission.
Staff handles Mucking, feed, turnout etc. boarders are to notify staff immediately for sudden behavior changes such as not eating , drinking etc.
For the Safety of The Horses and People The Visiting Hours are 8:00 am - 10:00 PM Let staff know if you plan to vist past those hours.
All boarders are required to carry equine mortality and major medical insurance on their horses.
Boarder must pay boarding fee every month if failed to do so and is struggling to pay for boarding your horse will be used in the lesson program to pay for boarding or do barn chores to pay for board.
