MUMs is a group of moms in Cedar Rapids, Iowa who meet together to encourage one another on this journey of motherhood. We are Mothers Uplifting Mothers, and our goal is to lift one another up in all areas of life, including relationships, parenting, personal growth, and faith. Whether you are a mom expecting a baby, or your baby is about to graduate high school, MUMs is for you! If you are a stepmom, foster mom, adoptive mom, young mom, or old mom, you are welcome in our group! 

Who are Little Sprouts?

The kiddos we bring with us to MUMs are our Little Sprouts! While we moms enjoy some much needed adult time, our Little Sprouts are taken care of by our wonderful volunteers who have all had background checks. The Little Sprouts will enjoy age-appropriate crafts, snacks, lessons, and play time. They always have a wonderful time with the other kids in their age group!

Do I Have to Pay to Attend MUMs?

It does cost money in order to run and maintain our group, but we are trying something new!

We are moving to a freewill offering system in 2026-2027 as opposed to collecting membership fees. If you can offer something to help cover our overhead, great, but if not, we understand! This is a great time to try out our group without feeling stuck if you find it's not for you!
